Ramsgate

Ramsgate is a small coastal settlement in the northern Crownlands, lying along the shore between Widow's Watch and White Harbor. It is mentioned only in passing during Davos Seaworth's account of the disastrous voyage of Stannis Baratheon's fleet from the Wall southward. The storms that scattered Salladhor Saan's Lysene ships drove some vessels past Ramsgate's vicinity, but the town itself plays no direct role in the narrative's events. Its name appears among a list of coastal landmarks that Davos recalls as the fleet struggled through gales and heavy seas, serving as a geographical marker rather than a setting for any scene. No characters from Ramsgate appear, and no action takes place there.
